Who we are

Nest: Work & Play, Co. was created for working parents who want to be present professionals and present parents. We offer a thoughtfully designed workspace paired with intentional, developmentally supportive early childhood care, making it easier to stay productive while knowing your child is nearby, engaged, and learning through play.

The idea was born out of our own experience as remote-working professionals navigating life with an infant and a toddler. We needed a place that truly supported both work and family—and when we couldn’t find it, we built it. Nest: Work & Play, Co. exists to support families like ours with flexibility, community, and care.

Our approach to early childhood care is inspired by Montessori principles, emphasizing independence, curiosity, and hands-on learning within a thoughtfully prepared environment. Children are encouraged to explore, build confidence, and learn at their own pace through purposeful, play-based experiences—creating a calm, enriching space where they can thrive while parents work nearby.
